TO GO OUT WITH SOMEONE
Mike and Sarah have been going out for many years now. They seem happy.
I am going out with John. I left Tom.
Peter and Mary were going out when studied in the same class.

TO SEE
How long have you been seeing Sam?
I think she's seeing someone now. She isn't available.
Are you seeing someone?

TO DATE
My girlfriend and I have been dating since were teenagers.
I dated your mom back in high school.
I hope someday I'll finally date my dream girl.

TO GO STEADY (namorar sério)
I think they're going steady by the time they've been together.
My boyfriend and I are thinking of going steady.
My boyfriend said we should go steady and proposed to me.

TO GO TOGETHER
How long have they been going together?
I know the cutest couple from school and they have been going together since forever.
