O que significa "to be dressed up to the nines"?

Hey guys, it's been a while since I last posted something on here. This time, what encouraged me to finally get back on track was a very known song by Justin Timberlake called Suit and Tie. You definitely know what I'm talking about . In one of the verses of the song, you hear him sing "and you got fixed up to the nines". What does that mean? If you get fixed up to the nines or dressed up to the nines, you're wearing very fancy clothes for a special occasion. People usually are dressed up to the nines for weddings or very formal parties. A perfect chance for you to see people dressed up to the nines is the Oscars. Celebrities, especially women, can pay really big money to show up impeccable at the cerimony.

Now that you've learned the idiom to be dressed up to the nines, can you remember any other idiom with the word nine in it? Let me know in the comment section.
