Como dizer "estar arriado os quatro pneus por alguém" em Inglês?

Suppose you're talking to one of your friends. He seems to be very excited with this girl he just met. According to him, it was love at first sight. In the middle of the conversation your friend keeps yakking about how lovely that girl is and as a slip of tongue he ends up saying:
I'm falling head over heels for her.
In Portuguese, there's an expression that goes "estar com os quatro pneus arriados por alguém". I don't know if that's an expression known throughout Brazil, but at least where I live that's how people describe it when someone is intoxicated by the feeling of love. Notice that the same way as it happens to the idiom in portuguese, the english version also refers to the circular frame or disk arranged to revolve on an axis (as in vehicles): a wheel.
