como dizer "nada a ver" em Inglês?

You're in the middle of a casual conversation with your friends when two of them start getting into an argument. You remain silent because you don't want to get involved in the situation. Later that day, while you're talking about what happened with another friend, he asks why you didn't interfere in the argument and made them stop. So you say: I had nothing to do with the argument, so it wasn't my place to say anything.

When something or someone has nothing to do with you, it means they are not associated with you. The argument your two other friends were having didn't involve you in any way, so that's why you preferred to stay out of it. The argument had nothing to do with you. The same way, if the argument was about you, you could say that it had to do with you. The argument was associated with you. I hope this is helpful. Talk to you next time!
