People say one of the best things about having a natural birth is that you're good to go at the second you give birth. That goes opposed to the idea of having Caesarean because the woman spends a few days at the hospital before being able to be up and around. But wait, what did I just say? Up and around?

That expression is very used in relation with surgeries. Imagine your friend went through a surgery and after around 15 days, he could finally get out of bed and move around. Your friend was up and around 15 days after his surgery. Can you remember the time you got so sick you spent a few days without getting out of bed?
