Como dizer "cara ou coroa" em Inglês?

While watching Dr. 80210 [don't judge me], which for those who don't know, it is a TV show about plastic surgeries, I saw two friends deciding what kind of implants or lifts they would go for. When they finally came to terms with the doctor about the surgery the wanted, there was something else to decide: who of the two girls would go first? They suggested the doctor should be the one to decide it, but he refused it. He said it was totally up to them. So the girls, left with no choice, thought of having it decided with "heads or tails". So they said: if the coin falls head, I win; if it falls tail, you win. Do you know what that means?

When you pick heads or tails, you flip a coin and depending on which side of the coin it falls on, you make a decision. In Portuguese, we say "cara ou coroa". Children use that technique a lot when they wanna make a decision. In a soccer match, before the game starts, the judge flips a coin to decide which team gets the first kick. Usually, when you make a decision based on heads or tails, the decision is not that much of a big deal. That's it for today guys. Take care!
